When you use VersIQuote, we also collect usage data such as the actions you take within the platform, so we can improve the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the information we collect to: • Operate, maintain, and improve the VersIQuote platform. • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, contract copies). • Respond to support requests. • Process subscription payments via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy and security standards.

Your data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure based in the United States. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and strict access controls using Row-Level Security policies to ensure one organisation cannot access another's data. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

VersIQuote uses essential cookies only — specifically, a secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

VersIQuote integrates with the following third-party providers: • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. • Resend — transactional email delivery. • Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns about how they handle data.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@fabshop.app. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email.
