Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VersIQuote in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised individuals access to your account. You must notify us immediately at support@fabshop.app if you suspect any unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

VersIQuote is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. All prices are displayed in USD. Your 14-day free trial begins the moment you create an account. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to use VersIQuote to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes on the rights of others. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure. • Resell or sublicense access to VersIQuote without express written permission.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into VersIQuote. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We process your data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not access your data except for the purposes of providing support (with your consent), resolving a security incident, or as required by law.

We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersIQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or if we determine your use of VersIQuote is causing harm to others. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of VersIQuote after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
